As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality rehabilitation services to patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement treatment plans that focus on improving patients' abilities to perform daily tasks and activities. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in occupational therapy. Maintain accurate and organized patient records. Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines of the field. Qualifications Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Proficiency in assessing and designing treatment plans to meet patients' needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
