Managed and Charter Billing Associate

SUMMARY
Managed and Charter Billing Associate is responsible for providing timely and accurate invoices for standard managed and charter business with the assistance of the Lead. This position provides support as it relates to troubleshooting billing issues and/or handling day to day customer billing inquiries and payments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Work with standard managed customer invoicing
- Standard managed customer Point of Contact for all questions
- Track and apply owner credits
- Distribute invoice packages for all managed customers
- Manage representative and customer interactions
- Distribute monthly statements for all managed customers
- Review and analyze reports to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with Managed and Charter management to resolve data/billing discrepancies
Qualified candidates will have a high school Diploma/GED with 1+ years of billing.
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinker, problem solver, self-starter and ability to work independently
