PAY & BENEFITS
- $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
- Company vehicle and tools provided
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle general repairs like carpentry, painting, and drywall
- Fix flooring and minor concrete issues
- Repair lighting, plumbing, minor electrical, and doors and locks
- Inspect properties for equipment issues or safety hazards
- Keep job sites clean and safe
- Write basic estimates for time and materials
- Take initiative and get the job done without being micromanaged
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with tenants and other team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
DETAILS
- Reports to the General Manager
- Uses Housecall Pro for job tracking
