Position: L3 Support Tech Deskside Location: Blue Springs, Mississippi Duration: 12 months Job ID: 174301 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced L3 Support Tech Deskside professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and addressing complex technical issues. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Provide Level 3 technical support for deskside issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance to end‑users as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in Level 3 technical support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus. Experience with IT service management tools and practices.
