A Rehabilitation and Skilled Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) administers nursing care to patients in an efficient, safe, and courteous manner to those who suffer from a temporary or permanent disability. The nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age specific needs, and to provide the care as needed.

Cancellation Policy: Provider or facility can cancel assignment with minimum 2 week notice with no penalty $1,500 cancellation fee without 2 weeks notice, for both providers and facility. Term with cause - no penalty. Facility can cancel 2 shifts per 13 week contract with no penalty - guaranteed hours only apply at 3rd cancellation. Right to hire with no penalty after 13 week assignment completed. Late Cancellation of Shift by Client Affiliate or HealthTrust: Cancelled during a shift or upon arriving to the Client Affiliate facility for Per Diem Staff – pay Subcontractor for the greater of the number of hours worked or 4 hours. Cancelled before 12 p.m. Client Affiliate time business day prior to shift for Per Diem Staff - no charge. Cancelled after 12 p.m. Client Affiliate time business day prior to shift for Per Diem Staff.
