Position: School Cleaning Team Lead
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19426 

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced School Cleaning Team Lead to help supervise and support the cleaning team while ensuring the school facility is maintained according to company and client standards. The ideal candidate must have leadership skills, cleaning experience, and the ability to work closely with the manager and team members to achieve daily goals. Summers Off!

Responsibilities

• Support the cleaning team during assigned shifts.

• Communicate daily tasks and expectations with team members.

• Work closely with the manager to ensure cleaning standards are met.

• Inspect completed work and provide guidance when needed.

• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

• Perform cleaning duties as needed, including classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Ensure supplies are available and report shortages to management.

• Address cleaning concerns and help resolve issues with the team.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized school environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish .

• Previous cleaning experience required.

• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to work well with the manager and cleaning team.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
