The Position This position can be based in Denver, or remote for an experienced attorney willing to travel to Denver for court appearances that cannot be handled via Webex. We are searching for a new associate attorney to handle a variety of immigration matters, with a focus on removal defense in the Denver immigration court. The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated interest in and experience with immigration law Active admission to any state bar Responsibilities include: Independently managing a caseload and calendar of court appearances and filing deadlines Understanding and complying with all deadlines and other requirements as dictated by court practice manuals or case scheduling orders Preparing and filing motions and memoranda of law Representing clients before immigration and state courts Benefits Each attorney has significant support from administrative staff and paralegals.
