Overview Law Firm in South Denver is hiring a Civil Litigation Attorney. This Jobot Job is hosted by: The foundational tenet of our firm is to provide quality legal services to businesses and individuals in a personal, responsive, and caring manner. This role is a Hybrid Role with a flexible schedule; We are seeking an autonomous candidate who is well versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and has experience in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials. Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in civil matters (construction, real estate, commercial, breach of contract, etc.) Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal briefs.

Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and other legal professionals.

Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
