Group Product Director, HCP, Sjogren's Disease

Role Group Product Director, HCP, Sjogren's Disease, responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution for nipocalimab in Sjogren's Disease. Objectives include developing an integrated strategic plan, maximizing omnichannel marketing communications to healthcare professionals and patients, and driving market development and brand growth within Rheumatology. Responsibilities Responsibilities encompass translating insights into strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Analytics, and external vendors, and managing financial forecasts and budgets; tracking performance metrics and competitive landscape. Requirements Requirements: BA/BS, MBA preferred; 10+ years of business experience with 8+ years in marketing, proven success in critical marketing competencies, experience managing agencies, and strong leadership skills. Preferred Preferred: prior launch experience, rheumatology familiarity, engagement with emerging tech like AI.
