Product Director, Immunology (IPS) Channel Strategy

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Director for Channel Strategy in Immunology to develop and execute strategies across healthcare delivery models. This leader will generate customer insights, shape value messaging, and partner cross-functionally to drive brand adoption and commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel strategies supporting brand performance across integrated systems and organized customers
- Generate customer insights on care models, economic drivers, and decision processes to inform strategic recommendations
- Partner with Value & Evidence and Medical Affairs to create tailored, evidence-based value narratives
- Define metrics, monitor channel performance, and optimize strategies through analysis and feedback
- Develop field enablement tools, resources, and training to support execution and brand impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Sales or sales leadership experience preferred
- Market access experience preferred
- Demonstrated innovation and analytical capability with strong business acumen
- Validated track record launching innovative marketing solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Compensation: $102,000-$177,100 base
