Work Arrangement This is a full-time position working in our office located in Marion, OH. Professional Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional service by phone and in person. Assist clients with policy information, requested changes, and payment processing. Obtain and maintain an active Ohio insurance license, with licensing support provided by the agency. Investigate policy changes and clearly explain coverage updates to customers. Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members. Coordinate and confirm appointments and meetings. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized files and records. Support office operations by monitoring office supplies and completing general administrative tasks. Qualifications and Requirements 1–3 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role preferred. High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred. Willingness to obtain and maintain an Ohio insurance license. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships. Proficiency with computers and general office equipment. Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
