The Director will drive revenue growth by identifying new partnership opportunities, leading digital integration initiatives, and creating scalable programs that improve customer acquisition, catalog expansion, transaction volume, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate combines expertise in eCommerce, marketplace ecosystems, digital integrations, and distribution channels with strong relationship-building and business development skills.A Typical DayDevelop and execute strategic account plans for online reseller and marketplace partnersBuild executive-level relationships with owners, executives, eCommerce leaders, and digital operations teamsIdentify opportunities to increase sales, assortment expansion, digital adoption, and customer acquisitionLead business reviews and growth planning sessions with strategic partnersDrive integration initiatives involving APIs, EDI, punchout solutions, catalog syndication, inventory visibility, and order automationPartner with Product Information Management (PIM), IT, Digital Commerce, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to improve partner performanceDevelop joint growth strategies focused on assortment expansion, conversion improvement, and customer retentionMonitor marketplace trends, digital commerce innovations, and competitive developmentsIdentify new marketplace opportunities and emerging digital channelsLead negotiations for strategic agreements and partnership initiativesAct as the voice of digital partners within Parts Town to improve systems, processes, and customer experienceRepresent Parts Town at industry conferences, eCommerce forums, technology events, and partner meetingsDeliver annual sales growth, profitability, and strategic partnership objectivesTo Land This OpportunityYou have 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace partnerships, strategic sales, business development, or digital channel managementYou have a strong understanding of online reseller business models, marketplaces, and digital commerce ecosystemsYou demonstrate experience managing enterprise-level partnerships and strategic accountsYou're familiar with API integrations, EDI transactions, product content syndication, inventory management, and order automation workflowsYou have proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationshipsYou have exceptional communication, presentation, finance and negotiation skillsYou can lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentYou're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)You have a quality, high speed internet connection at homeBonus Points:You have experience in HVAC, industrial distribution, MRO, OEM parts, or adjacent industriesYou have knowledge of marketplace platforms and digital commerce technologiesYou can speak to your experience with ERP, PIM, OMS, CRM, and eCommerce platformsYou're familiar with B2B eCommerce, contractor purchasing workflows, and procurement systemsYou understand channel conflict management and omnichannel strategiesYou have a bachelor's degreeAt Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $94,301.86 to $140,874.95 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
