Customer Service Specialist

Contract: Approximately 2 months (potential for extension or become permanent hire based on performance) About the Role We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialists to join a growing team in Green Bay, WI. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and are comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems. No financial services experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, food service, or call centers are encouraged to apply. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in the financial services industry and may lead to a permanent full-time opportunity for high-performing employees. Most positions are 1st Shift, with start times between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and end times between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Some openings are available on 2nd Shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with a $1.00/hour shift differential - $20.00 Required availability for every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Employees working Saturdays will receive a designated flex day off during the week Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and other communication channels Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing information about products and services Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while documenting customer interactions Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive approach with every customer interaction Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations Collaborate with team members and leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, call center, or similar environments) Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn multiple systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, empathy, and commitment to customer satisfaction Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred: Call center experience Experience working in high-volume customer-facing roles What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Fast learners who adapt quickly to new technology Comfortable multitasking between multiple systems and customer interactions Empathetic and patient when assisting customers Dependable and committed to attendance, especially during training Motivated to grow their career with a respected organization Why Apply?
