The Role:

• Own the Strategy: Take a meaningful role in sophisticated professional liability, commercial, and tort matters from inception through resolution. Develop case strategy, draft pivotal briefs, take and defend depositions, and argue motions in state and federal courts.



• Real Courtroom & Trial Experience: This is not a behind-the-scenes research and writing position. You will have meaningful opportunities to argue motions, handle depositions, participate in arbitrations and trials, and first or second chair matters based on your experience.

• Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for sophisticated clients, providing guidance, updates, and building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.

• Autonomy with Support: You will have the independence to manage your matters and make strategic decisions, while having direct access to experienced trial attorneys for collaboration, mentorship, and support when you want it.

What You Bring:

• Approximately 4+ years of substantive civil litigation experience in California - We are more interested in the quality and depth of your experience than a specific year-of-practice cutoff

• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, deposition, and oral advocacy skills

• The judgment, initiative, and confidence to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team
