Job Description Job Description Accounts Receivable - Doraville Accountants One has been contracted by a longstanding and growing organization to locate a strong and experienced Accounts Receivable candidate. This is a single contributor, you will hold the full cycle AR function, which includes billing, cash apps, and collections, and report to a terrific Controller. This role is 5 days in the office in the Doraville area. Responsibilities: Prepare and send billing for 3 subsidiaries under one parent company Process payments, ensure posting is to the correct organization Resolve payment discrepancies Reconcile accounts Track DSO and call for payment when necessary Assist with the month-end close Requirements: Previous experience with full-cycle AR for a small to mid-size company, holding the AR on your own High level of attention to detail Quickbooks experience In the office daily Company Description Accountants One is an Accounting and Finance Recruiting and Staffing Firm.
