Lab Supervisor - Hematology - Full Time
Chesapeake, VA

We are seeking a Lab Supervisor to oversee hematology laboratory operations.

Schedule:
Rotating schedule

Responsibilities:

Supervise hematology laboratory testing and workflow
Ensure quality control and compliance standards
Train and support laboratory staff
Assist with operational efficiency and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
ASCP certification preferred
Hematology experience required
3+ years laboratory experience required

Compensation:
$33.53 - $55.89/hour
