The Bedford-Stuyvesant YMCA is seeking a Membership Experience Director to lead the Membership department, drive member recruitment, retention, and satisfaction, and manage budgets and local marketing initiatives. This role focuses on developing QA systems, coordinating with the Membership Coordinator, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service while meeting revenue targets and supporting the Y’s mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of the USA
