About the role

You'll be joining our Northampton MA-based development team, using the latest AI coding tools to build GTM products that connect our clients to their customers. You'll work alongside experienced engineers who will give you clear direction and regular feedback, with more scope and ownership as you grow. We move fast with agentic tools and hold a high bar on everything we ship, so you'll learn to build well with AI, not just quickly. You'll work on real technical problems, build new features, and help improve our existing products and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Use agentic coding tools to move quickly and review their output critically
• Work with a senior team member to scope, build, and ship features for our core products
• Collaborate with our sales team to build custom features for customers
• Improve our development processes and tooling, including our agentic coding setup and ops environment
• Keep up to date with what's new in AI and bring interesting ideas to the team

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Strong in Python or TypeScript
• Regular use of at least one of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and the ability to write code without them
• Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly in a remote team environment
• You'd rather work at a small company, with less process and more say in what gets built

Nice to Have

• MongoDB, FastAPI, Vercel, Railway, Clerk
• Familiarity with marketing and GTM

About The Starr Conspiracy

The Starr Conspiracy is the B2B marketing agency where fundamentals meet AI transformation. We are senior by default, AI-native in how we operate, and we don't sell AI experiments. We build marketing systems that actually work.

We blend proprietary AI systems we built ourselves with the strategic marketing skills we have honed over 25 years. The AI accelerates insight, execution, and scale. Our strategists supply the judgment: what to build, what the output means, and what executives do about it.

We reject the false choice between fundamentals and innovation. xhyhwjd We master both, and we tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.
