The impact is better, more consistent outcomes for patients and a higher standard of care across the dermatology community. * Patient impact at scale: Expand appropriate identification, initiation, and persistence through customer engagement and access pull-through.* Market shaping through evidence: Reinforce evidence-based value narratives using approved materials to support informed treatment decisions.* Stronger care pathways: Partner across the matrix and with dermatology practices to simplify starts, reimbursement navigation, and continuity of care. **Role Summary**The ***Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist*** is a field-based specialty sales role responsible for driving adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers. This role partners with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts. Success in this role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, comfort navigating reimbursement, and the ability to engage customers effectively across in-person and digital channels***.*** **Role Responsibilities*** Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market* Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through high-impact in-person and virtual engagements* Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior* Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access* Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities* Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners (Field Medical, Reimbursement, Key Account Management) to address customer needs* Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution **Basic Qualifications****Education:** Bachelor’s degree * OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience* OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.**Work Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following: * Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales* Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing* Aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience**Driver’s Licensing Requirement:** Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards. * Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired. **Preferred Qualifications*** 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation* Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement* Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts* Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking* Strong digital engagement capability (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort in hybrid selling models **Work Location & Travel Requirements*** This role is field based and requires the colleague to reside within a workable distance of all points of business within the assigned territory to effectively meet business needs.* Determination of workable distance will be made based on business requirements and leadership discretion.* Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory* Depending on size of territory and business need, candidates may be required to stay overnight as necessary **Other Details**Territory includes: Altadena, Glendale. Pasadena, Arcadia, Glendora, Alhambra, Rosemead, Baldwin Park, Rancho Cucamonga, Los Angeles, West Covina, Pomona, East Los Angeles, Hacienda Heights, Bell, Downey, La Habra, Norwalk, Fullerton, Chino Hills, Buena Park, Anaheim, Stanton, Orange, Santa Ana & Fountain ValleyLast Day to Apply: October 13, 2026 **Training Requirement:** This position requires attendance and participation in a mandatory virtual training program scheduled from **November 16 through December 18, 2026**. Applicants should ensure they are able to commit to the full training schedule before accepting an offer. Pfizer planned holidays will be observed. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,600 - $250,700. **During initial new hire sales training, you will be classified as a salary non-exempt employee which entitles you to overtime pay**. Upon your training certification, you will become an overtime exempt employee. In addition, this position offers an additional Sales Incentive bonus.
