The Company is seeking a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the legal function, with a primary focus on business development transactions, including M&A, licensing, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a JD, a State Bar admission, and a minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the life sciences industry.
