About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the legal function, with a primary focus on business development transactions, including M&A, licensing, and partnerships. This role requires a strategic leader to oversee the contracting function, provide guidance on contract strategy, and make risk-based decisions. The Senior Director will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising a team, as well as managing outside counsel relationships. The ideal candidate will have a JD, a State Bar admission, and a minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the life sciences industry.
