You’ll lead and inspire an exceptional team, cut through complexity, rally stakeholders, and turn bold ideas into measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities May Include:Lead supply chain strategy and operating model optimization, with accountability for service performance, inventory health, working capital, and supply resilience.Define and govern the multi‑year supply chain transformation roadmap, ensuring prioritisation, sequencing, and value realisation across initiatives and investments.Own supply chain network design and capital planning decisions, including capacity strategy, greenfield and brownfield expansion, site optimisation, and real‑estate footprint evolution.Set decision frameworks and governance for automation, digitisation, and advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring investments align to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable operational value.Establish and maintain an integrated planning and execution cadence across demand, supply, production, and inventory to enable disciplined decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment.Lead senior leaders and managers across supply chain strategy, programs, and regional operations, building accountability, capability, and a performance‑driven culture.Partner with commercial, finance, technology, and operations leaders to align supply chain capabilities with customer needs, growth strategies, and financial commitments.Embed sustainability and decarbonisation considerations into network design, capital investment, and operational decision‑making to support long‑term enterprise and ESG objectives.Position PurposeWe are seeking a strategic, execution‑driven supply chain leader to drive transformation across operations excellence, quality, plant automation, sustainability and plant network optimization. This role leads a high‑performing team responsible for elevating enterprise supply chain performance in complex, high‑volume environments.
