Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs, particularly focusing on mood disorders and relationship dynamics.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and preferences, taking into account evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing therapy to individuals and families, with a particular emphasis on divorce and relationship counseling, and facilitating effective communication among family members.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders and available treatment options, while promoting self-care practices that empower clients.
\n
• Monitoring client progress regularly and adapting treatment strategies as needed to ensure effective interventions.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Keeping abreast of current research and advancements in the field to enhance therapeutic outcomes and improve service delivery.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, and participating in regular team meetings and case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse set of clients ranging from individuals dealing with relationship issues to families navigating complex challenges such as divorce and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
