We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Mill Helper to join a local manufacturing team! This is a hands-on position assisting with daily mill and production operations.

1st shift Mill Helper Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.75 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Assist machine operators with daily mill operations
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Move and stage raw materials and finished products
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Measure and inspect materials and finished products
- Help troubleshoot basic mechanical or production issues
- Keep machines supplied with materials to maintain production flow
- Perform general production and material-handling duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
1st shift Mill Helper Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Willing to learn and assist wherever needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
