About the Role As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your responsibilities will include: Leading our care team: Develop and implement effective care plans, guide staff in delivering high-quality care, and make informed decisions that promote resident well-being and quality of life.
