Senior Tosca Automation Engineer

Salary: $124,800 - 153,920 per year Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA and test automation
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Strong background building automation for enterprise-scale applications
- Practical experience with SAP and Salesforce environments
- 3+ years of API testing experience, including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and authentication
- Experience creating and maintaining complex automation scripts
- Strong debugging, analysis, and documentation capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Tricentis certifications such as Automation Specialist, Test Design, or SAP Specialist are preferred
- Utilities or energy industry experience is preferred
- Hands-on exposure to NeoLoad, service virtualization, test data management, CI/CD pipelines, mobile application testing, Tricentis qTest, or other automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is preferred
- Experience contributing to enterprise automation frameworks and governance is preferred
- Background modernizing automation programs or leading enablement efforts is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Design, develop, and maintain Tosca automation assets, including modules, test cases, test case design templates, and execution lists
- Build scalable, reusable, data-driven automation frameworks
- Create and enhance automation for SAP GUI/Fiori and Salesforce Lightning
- Automate API testing with Tosca API Scan for REST/SOAP services, including token handling and chained calls
- Perform integration and end-to-end testing across SAP and Salesforce workflows
- Configure and manage Distributed Execution (DEX)
- Integrate automation into Jenkins or Azure DevOps pipelines
- Publish execution outcomes to Tricentis qTest for reporting and traceability
- Ensure automation remains stable, performant, and ready for CI/CD use
- Act as a Tosca subject matter expert
- Establish and uphold automation standards for naming, folder structure, versioning, and reviews
- Mentor engineers and share automation best practices
- Track and improve quality metrics such as coverage, pass rate, triage time, and defect leakage
- Support UAT and release activities
- Work with product and architecture teams to improve testability and solution design
- Develop test data strategies and support environment readiness
- Collaborate with performance and security testing teams as needed
- Communicate test results, risks, and insights to leadership

We are seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Engineer to help drive automation quality across enterprise applications, with a primary focus on SAP and Salesforce.
