Duties

Help

• Develop and implement methods to track referral and integrated neurology action items.
• Manage and maintain internal and external action item tracking systems.
• Monitor deadlines and provide status reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assignments and actions.
• Prepare reports, briefing materials, correspondence, and presentations for leadership.
• Review incoming assignments and identify appropriate subject matter experts.
• Coordinate meetings, committees, conferences, and special program activities.
• Analyze administrative processes and recommend workflow improvements.
• Develop solutions to administrative and operational issues affecting program operations.
• Review communications, policies, and program issues for compliance and operational impact.
• Develop recommendations to ensure compliance with new or amended policies.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Telework: This position may be authorized for ad-hoc only telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
