This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience looking to grow their career in electronics manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Assemble electronic products and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and work instructions
- Build and configure servers, electronic components, and other technology products
- Perform basic wiring, cable routing, and connector installation
- Follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and workmanship standards
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and quality goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related environments
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronics assembly experience
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Cable assembly or wiring experience
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings
- Quality control or inspection experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- IPC certification or soldering experience is a plus
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
