About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized organization in the Property industry. Job Description

Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they meet established goals.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
Manage project resources, including staff, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

A successful Project Manager should have:

A strong background in the Property industry, particularly in construction project management.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
