Residents relish scenic parks, hiking spots, entertainment hubs, and a dynamic engineering scene.Profile EssentialsMust HaveBachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field; a Master's degree is a plus.At least 7 years of exposure to RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, or akin defense/embedded tech sectors.Solid handle on FPGA architectures, RF systems, and Digital Signal Processing.Deep grasp of the entire RF-to-digital signal chain, incorporating RF front ends, data converters, FPGA processing, and DSP.Proven ability to delve into real-world hardware executions, not mere theoretical RF/DSP topics.Experience with embedded electronics and/or embedded software.Background in evaluating system-level tech tradeoffs, performance constraints, architecture, cost, and manufacturability.Adept at translating tech concepts into product requirements, definitions, and business cases.Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with engineering, sales, clients, suppliers, and management.DesiredPrior experience in Product Management involving FPGA, DSP, RF, mixed-signal, or embedded computing products.Transition background from design engineering to product management.Direct involvement in crafting products with FPGA + DSP + RF/mixed-signal technologies.Exposure to rugged embedded computing, COTS products, defense, aerospace, or other high-uptime domains.Experience in sculpting and presenting business cases, investment propositions, and product strategies to upper management.Familiarity with NPI/NPD product debuts and product lifecycle administration.Knowledge of Military Standards and requirements generation for defense products.Experience in client-facing tech presentations, product demos, and strategic liaisons.Proficiency in embedded software and/or firmware development.Skill in managing product profitability, revenue, cost, and portfolio performance.Past engagements in technical leadership or product management sans direct reports.Additional Job InformationSalary Range: $120,000 - $160,000Location: Huntsville, ALRole Type: Full-time, Direct HireTravel Needs: MinimalRelocation Assistance: OfferedVisa Sponsorship: Authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship requirement.
