Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description

• Speaking to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility.

• Assisting consumers with account creation and account management and resetting passwords.

• Must be comfortable with rapidly changing environments and being available to work on special projects as needed.

• Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.

• Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries

• Updating billing and payment preferences.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience

• 2+ years of Remote/WFH Experience

• Any experience assisting customers over the phone via Inbound or Outbound Calls

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

• Must be able to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)

Schedule Requirements:

• Available for full schedule range Monday through Saturday* (7:45AM to 8:15PM EST)

• Saturdays shifts only available during open enrollment (OEP)

• *Schedules may change to accommodate OEP, must be flexible!

This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
