As we prepare to open our newest location, we're looking for energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Food Runner & Busser team. This role is essential to delivering a great guest experience by keeping the dining room running smoothly and ensuring guests receive their food quickly, accurately, and with genuine hospitality. What You'll Do: As a Food Runner / Busser at Mia's Table, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience by supporting both guests and team members throughout service. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering food quickly and accurately to guests
• Ensuring plates are presented properly and match each order
• Assisting guests with drink refills, sauces, condiments, and additional requests
• Clearing and cleaning tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, patio, beverage stations, and service areas
• Working closely with Cashiers, Expo, Kitchen Staff, and Managers to maintain smooth operations
• Assisting with stocking supplies and side work throughout the shift
• Providing friendly and attentive hospitality to every guest
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
• Supporting the team during busy periods with urgency and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Friendly and professional guest interaction skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the entire shift
• Food Handler Certification required
