Maintaining systematic and timely processing of accounts receivable and payable, the full-time Accounting Clerk will work remotely to manage client payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and prepare month-end financial reports. Key responsibilities Process accounts receivable, including posting payments and preparing monthly reports Contact clients to resolve payment problems and respond to inquiries Maintain accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices and refunds Required qualifications Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes Proficiency in financial reporting and month-end closing procedures Familiarity with compliance regulations related to financial transactions Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information High school diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting preferred
