LAN Logistics Inc. is looking for a motivated, dependable, and eager-to-learn Junior Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.

No prior dispatching, trucking, or logistics experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the transportation industry, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

You will work alongside our experienced dispatching team and receive hands-on training to learn the day-to-day operations of a busy trucking and logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior dispatchers with daily trucking operations and driver assignments.
• Communicate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery instructions.
• Learn how to schedule and coordinate container pickups, deliveries, and empty returns.
• Monitor shipment statuses and provide updates to the operations team.
• Assist with scheduling terminal and port appointments.
• Learn how to use dispatching software, tracking systems, and spreadsheets.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding shipment updates.
• Help maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and unexpected operational challenges.
• Support the dispatch team with additional daily operational tasks as needed.

Previous trucking, dispatching, or logistics experience is NOT required.
