About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Workforce Development Board. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree and/or significant experience, with a preference for a background that includes managing personnel in state-related programs. Experience in working with volunteer Boards and a strong understanding of federal and state regulations are also preferred. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to build relationships with regional employers. The role requires a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to be a spokesperson and advocate for rural workforce development needs.
