Route Customer Service Representative | $23–$25/hr + OT

Memphis, TN | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Base Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

On-call rotation: every 6–7 weeks

Do you have experience in route delivery, beverage service, uniform or linen service, vending, merchandising, foodservice, or another customer-facing driving role?

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Customer Service Representative for our Memphis team.

This is a hands-on route position where you'll spend your day on the road working directly with restaurants and commercial customers. You'll manage customer relationships, deliver products, provide service, and help keep customer operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout an assigned area
• Provide face-to-face customer service to restaurants and commercial kitchens
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies
• Build relationships with customers along your route
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and help provide solutions
• Load, unload, lift, and move products throughout the workday
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services
• Manage your daily route and responsibilities independently

• Beverage or water delivery
• Uniform, linen, or facility services
• Vending
• Merchandising
• Foodservice or restaurant supply
• Delivery driving with customer interaction
• Route service
• Other customer-facing driving positions

Your exact job title isn't what matters. We're looking for people who know how to take ownership of their day, take care of customers, stay productive without constant supervision, and handle a physical workload.

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable driving and working in a physical position
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
• Dependable, positive, and motivated attitude
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks
