Client Associate

At Gallagher, we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative and service-driven environment. As a Client Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams. How you'll make an impact Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth workflows and providing exceptional client support. Create important documents like certificates and reports, assist with branch processes, and help maintain high standards of client satisfaction. Contribute to client retention and the overall success of the branch by supporting the production team and client service functions.

About You Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors: Detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable using tools and systems to create documents and reports. Committed to meeting deadlines and maintaining high productivity standards. Exceptional organizational skills Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
