Inspire Body Contouring & Medical Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP or PA) who is passionate about beautiful, natural-looking results and wants to build a long-term career with an established Castle Rock practice.

We're looking for more than someone who can inject.

Our ideal provider is confident with neurotoxins and dermal fillers , comfortable drawing blood for regenerative treatments such as Cellenis PRP , and interested in performing advanced skin rejuvenation treatments including Scarlet SRF Microneedling .

What You'll Do

Depending on licensure, training and scope of practice, treatments may include:

• Neurotoxins
• Dermal Fillers
• Full-Face Aesthetic Assessments
• Cellenis PRP/Regenerative Aesthetic Treatments
• Blood Draws/Phlebotomy for PRP Treatments
• Scarlet SRF Radiofrequency Microneedling
• AquaFirm
• DiamondGlow
• Chemical Peels
• Medical-Grade Skincare
• Combination Facial Rejuvenation Treatments

Experience with every technology is not required.

We will invest in training an experienced injector on Inspire's technologies and treatment protocols.

The Provider We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines clinical skill with excellent patient relationships and strong business instincts.

You should be comfortable:

• Performing comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Assessing facial anatomy and developing individualized treatment plans
• Educating patients about appropriate treatment options
• Recommending combination treatments when appropriate
• Discussing pricing and treatment plans confidently
• Rebooking and retaining patients
• Recommending medical-grade skincare
• Following up with patients
• Developing referrals and long-term patient relationships
• Participating in educational and promotional social media content
• Building a loyal patient following within Inspire

We believe exceptional providers don't pressure patients into unnecessary treatments. They listen, educate and confidently recommend treatments that support the patient's goals.

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN, NP or PA license in good standing
• Hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Neurotoxin injection experience
• Dermal filler experience
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy
• Aesthetic consultation and treatment-planning experience
• Comfortable performing blood draws/phlebotomy
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Strong attention to safety, documentation and detail

Highly Preferred

• 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience
• Established before-and-after portfolio
• Experience with RF microneedling
• Scarlet SRF experience
• PRP/PRF or regenerative aesthetics experience
• Experience selling comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
• Medical-grade skincare knowledge
• Proven patient retention and rebooking
• Existing local patient following

An existing book is a plus — not a requirement.

We are more interested in finding an exceptional provider who knows how to develop patient relationships and has demonstrated the ability to grow and retain a book.

Compensation

$40–$55/hour based on experience and qualifications
+ Service Commission
+ Skincare/Product Commission
+ Tips

Exceptional candidates with a strong production history, advanced injecting experience or an established patient following may be considered for additional performance-based compensation.
