JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our outpatient clinic. If you have strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to patient care, join our team today!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and manage check-ins/check-outs to include collecting co-pays and outstanding balances
  • Schedule appointments and answer phones
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with medical staff for smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS
  • HIgh School or GED
  • Prior experience in customer service and accurately balance a money drawer
  • Ability to act independently and work in a fast-pace enviroment
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team enviroment as well as take direction from management and physicianss
  • Abiltiy to read and interpret documents
  • Basic office skills such as typing , filing scanning and printing
