Key responsibilities Accountable for overall client communications and participant experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention through understanding client needs Develops and leads a participant communications engagement strategy that aligns with client business goals and adjusts based on feedback Leads presentations to client boards, translating data trends into tailored strategies that strengthen participant engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 5+ years of total relevant work experience
