About the role Lockstep is seeking a MyChart Activation Specialist to support Children's Health in Plano, TX. In this patient-facing role, you'll be the friendly face helping parents and caregivers connect to their child's health information quickly, securely, and confidently through the MyChart patient portal. You'll guide families through enrollment, app downloads, and portal navigation, ensuring they can easily access important healthcare information and resources while feeling supported every step of the way. This position is ideal for a compassionate, customer-focused individual who enjoys helping others and is comfortable engaging with patients and families in a healthcare environment. Help families access the care they need - right from their phones!
