Office Specialist

$18 per hour

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Office Specialist to support an onsite operations team in Allen, TX. This role supports daily administrative and fulfillment activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable performing hands-on office and fulfillment tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:30pm CST

Location: Onsite in Allen, TX
Pay: $18/hour
Position Type: Ongoing Contract W2

What you'll do:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
Restock supplies to support timely order fulfillment
Open, sort, and process inbound consumer mail
Enter data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare and process outbound packages for customer delivery
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations

What we're looking for:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow processes and meet daily productivity expectations
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks
Basic data entry and computer skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work onsite consistently
Ability to stand, move, and lift light to moderate materials as needed
