Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Trauma & Neuroscience-Focused Practice Austin, Texas | In-Person (2500 W. William Cannon #603) Full-Time W-2 Position Not every therapist wants surface-level work. At WellMind, we work with complex trauma, veterans, first responders, anxiety, depression, nervous system dysregulation, and the deeper patterns that keep people stuck. We are building a team of clinicians who want to grow beyond “talk therapy loops” and into truly transformative clinical work. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas who is passionate about trauma treatment, professional growth, and collaborative care. Experience with veterans, first responders, or complex trauma is a plus.
