What’s a typical day as a Heavy Duty  Production Associate ? You’ll be:

• Loading catalyst substrates onto coating machines
• Cleaning coaters, dryers, and other production equipment to maintain workplace standards
• Operating equipment and machinery in compliance with all safety protocols and procedures
• Performing housekeeping duties in work-related areas
• Packing substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issues
• Following work instructions and procedures for chemical operations
• Adding specified amounts of raw materials to vessels or blending tanks
• Setting controls and monitoring equipment for proper operation
• Weighing and mixing chemical ingredients per formula sheets
• Adjusting controls and valves to maintain specified process conditions
• Observing gauges, instruments, and chemical reactions, making operating adjustments as needed
• Attaching hoses and pumps to transfer materials as part of production

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Have strong attention to detail and follow safety protocols
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Preferably have previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical operations (not required)
• Are willing to learn and follow detailed instructions and procedures
