Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems independently. You’ll be the go‑to expert for handling a variety of service requests and maintenance tasks across our luxury vacation properties, ensuring our guests experience nothing but excellence. With customer service at the heart of everything we do, you’ll tackle both routine and unexpected challenges with confidence and precision, using your technical skills and personal tools to keep our properties in pristine condition.
