Female Supplements Marketing Lead - Remote/Hybrid, Bonus

Our client, a stable, long‑time in‑business (135 years) personal‑care portfolio global company, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for its supplements portfolio (mainly for females). The candidate will be able to execute both strategic and operational marketing and brand leadership. Excellent team, culture, brands, and career growth opportunity. Generous bonus and excellent benefits package on top of base salary (flexible for the right person). Ideal candidate is East‑Coast based (PA, NJ, NY, DE). Position may be remote if candidate is located outside the East Coast or CST with some travel. Supplement experience ideal background. Responsibilities Build and manage new brand strategy and innovation in the female supplements category mainly in the US, together with VP new business development. Support the Category Leader with development, management and execution of the brand strategy and objectives to achieve performance KPIs including sales, profit, and category goals. Work directly with the Category Leader to lead the category team to execute business strategies and achieve KPIs. Lead the business planning process, forecasting, new product development, brand communication, brand management, and sales meeting planning. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for the category that are consistent with the short‑ and long‑term Category strategy. These include market and promotion plans and customer/channel plans for the category brands. Manage marketing activities including advertising, branding, new product launches, and market research. Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Lead the Category team and the cross‑functional team on innovation. Oversee the management of the brand unit and forecast for financial estimates, manufacturing and inventory control. Lead and assist in the collaborative business planning process for the Category brands. Collaborate with leaders in other categories for a seamless process and to deliver on the stated goals of this process. Lead the Category team to develop and execute the integrated business plans to achieve growth and profit goals. Represent Category/Brand strategy in Management meetings, NPD meetings and to Senior Management on a regular and ad‑hoc basis. Work in conjunction with the Category Leads to set the Category budget and with the Category Team to allocate resources including marketing programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of the spend on those programs. Lead the identification and development of new, unique products with a competitive point of difference, working closely with R&D, Operations, Finance, agencies and other stakeholders. High energy level with can‑do attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team to influence others and achieve desired results. Good control of managing resources and timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to be effective at both middle and senior management levels. Entrepreneurial instincts with keen ability to see opportunities through the eyes of the consumer. Strong business acumen with common sense, practical, and hands‑on approach. Qualifications B.S. Degree in Marketing or Business; MBA in Business is a plus. Four to five years of Marketing or product management experience in female supplements/healthcare/OTC (preferred). Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision‑making. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Experience with budget management and forecasting is a plus. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines. Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments. Strategic, passionate, self‑motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, creative and a leader. Good understanding of marketing principles. Willing to roll‑up their sleeves. Travel required – up to 10 %.
