Competitive pay: $31–$47/hour based on experience Full-time permanent opportunity with 36 guaranteed hours Work only 3 shifts per week Strong leadership and team support Career growth and advancement opportunities Modern emergency care environment Position Highlights 30 private ER rooms 6-bed Emergency Department Observation Unit (EDOU) 6 fast-track beds for lower acuity cases 5 monitored rooms + 1 seclusion room EMR: Allscripts (Sunrise) What You’ll Do Deliver rapid assessment and emergency care for patients with critical and acute conditions Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and medical emergencies Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care Qualifications Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of RN experience BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Schedule Full-Time 3x12-hour shifts 36-hour weekly guarantee Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive team culture Why Show Low, Arizona?
