Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Description: Location and Facilities you'll be working in:

Grand Rapids, Michigan: 15-bed Level III NICU
Muskegon, Michigan: 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery

Provide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level III and Level II NICUs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and therapists
Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and trainees
Document patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMR
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed
Support community health programs related to neonatal care
Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
Relevant clinical experience preferred
Board certified in specialty prior to employment is required with fellowship
