Our fleet stays busy, and we need a hands-on Parts Manager to keep our shop stocked, organized, and efficient. If you've got experience in parts and inventory management - and know your way around diesel equipment, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day parts room operations Track, manage, and reorder inventory accurately and efficiently Source parts for heavy-duty diesel vehicles and trailers Work closely with mechanics to identify parts needs and priorities Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready parts room Lead a small team and support shop workflow Required Qualifications Knowledge of diesel/mechanical systems and heavy truck parts (Peterbilt specifically) Previous experience in parts or inventory management Comfortable using computers/inventory systems (Fleetio, ADP, Carmac) Strong organizational and communication skills Valid Driver's License w/ clean record. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs throughout the day Preferred Qualifications Experience managing people or leading a small team Customer service mindset - must work well with vendors, techs, and internal teams Fork lift certification What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, $25.00-$35.00 per hour. Monday - Friday Schedule. 8:00am - 4:30pm. Weekends as needed.
