Senior Inventory Analyst

Salary: $102,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:
- We require a bachelors degree or college diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- We look for 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- We require 3+ years of experience analyzing historical sales data and building demand forecasts to support purchasing, replenishment, or inventory planning.
- We require 3+ years of experience creating, managing, and tracking purchase orders while coordinating with suppliers or vendors to maintain accurate and timely supply.
- We require 3+ years of experience partnering cross-functionally with production, sales, customer service, and logistics teams to support inventory availability and order fulfilment.
- We need demonstrated proficiency with ERP platforms and data analysis tools, including systems such as SAP or NetSuite and advanced Excel for inventory analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- We analyze historical sales performance, demand patterns, and seasonality to build forecasts that guide purchasing, replenishment, and supply planning.
- We review inventory needs and sales projections to determine material and product requirements for timely procurement and order planning.
- We create, oversee, and follow purchase orders through the full cycle to ensure correct quantities, on-time delivery, and uninterrupted supply.
- We maintain inventory availability across multiple distribution centres to meet service-level expectations for retail partners and contractors.
- We communicate frequently with vendors to confirm specifications, quantities, delivery timing, order status, and to resolve supply or delivery challenges.
- We collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics, to align purchasing with operational demands and support prompt replenishment.
- We work with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and address transportation or inventory transfer issues.
- We assess inventory levels, supply performance, and cost drivers to identify opportunities to reduce overstock, prevent stockouts, and improve supply efficiency.
- We prepare inventory analyses, forecasts, and management reports to support purchasing decisions, operational planning, and supply chain coordination.
- We support new product launches by ensuring materials and finished goods are procured accurately, based on early forecasts, and delivered ahead of launch schedules.
