The role will also perform audits, and collaborate with procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, reducing loss and improving operational efficiency.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInventory Errors-Review and Ajustments, Monthly Inventory Reconciliation ( 51 Inventory Locations) Reconce Inventory Levels Between SF & NAV Reconce Products Consumed Between SF & NAV Upload annual price adjustments to ensure system accuracy Maintain Early Termination log Record transfers betweeen locations for availability Review Posting and integration status of SF lines to correct hang-ups Ajust inventory to account for positive adjiustments on WO' completed in prior months Balance the Transfer G/L account Review Auto-Posted WO's for inventory and expense adjustments Review Products Consumed with each location to ensure accurate recording of Inventory usage Manage Inventory Email Box Work with Director of BUS OPS on Month End Journal EntriesOversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory itemsMaintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventories to ensure a high level of accuracy (99%+) in the inventory management systemInvestigate and resolve discrepancies related to stock counts, variances, and system dataUtilize software to accurately record inventory movementsMonitor inventory levels to identify and address potential shortages or excessIdentify opportunities for process improvements in inventory handling, stocking, and trackingEnsure all inventory activities comply with safety regulations and company standardsGenerate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management reviewCoordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth material flowEnsure the physical security and organization of the inventory storage areaCandidate RequirementsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Procurement Supply Chain, or a related field.Experience3+ years of experience in inventory management or a warehouse environment.Experience with Excel and warehouse softwareSkills & CompetenciesAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and troubleshoot discrepanciesBasic communication skills requiredHigh level of accuracy in data entry and auditingBase Pay RangeHourly: $19.00 - $33.00While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
